Waitlist sign-up: When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address. Nothing else.
Device & app (at launch): Once the product is live, the Snoozie device and companion app will collect:
What we never collect: Snoozie does not use cameras or microphones. No images, video, or audio of your baby or home are ever captured or transmitted.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising profiling or share it with third-party advertisers.

Your data is stored on secure cloud servers with access controls, encryption at rest and in transit, and regular security reviews. Breathing movement data processed by the device is used only to generate your in-app summaries and is not shared with third parties.
We retain waitlist email addresses until you unsubscribe or request deletion. App account data is retained for the duration of your account and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request.
We share data only with trusted service providers who help us operate the product (for example, cloud hosting, email delivery, and analytics). These providers are contractually required to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.
We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of our users.
We will never sell your personal data.
Snoozie is designed to be used by parents and guardians. The device monitors infant movement and generates summaries for the parent's app account. We do not knowingly create accounts for or collect personal data directly from children. The breathing movement data generated by the device is associated with the parent's account, not the infant.
